About the book.
Every person, young or old has the innate ability to tap into this energy called Reiki or Universal Life Force Energy. Sandra calls it “Reiki Love,” a word used by her grandson Samuel at the age of seven. In the book the reader will find a simple mindfulness exercise and meditation which enables the reader to make meaningful connections with him or herself, with others, and with the surrounding world. The goal is to keep learning simple and joyful so that “Reiki Love” may become an everyday tool for a mindful life.

About the Author: Sandra Fischer-Kierecki
Sandra is a Reiki Master interested in nurturing children’s awareness of their own energy and the energy around them.
Her career has been dedicated to supporting women and families as a registered nurse, a licensed midwife, then as a Clinical Assistant Professor teaching nurses in Women’s Health at Nazareth College in Rochester, New York..
As a grandmother of 7, the author understands the importance of teaching healthy choices that decrease stress and increase mindfulness and cooperation. Children who learn to give “Reiki Love” often feel less stressed, have improved concentration, are able to empathize with others, and may be able to sleep better at night.
Sandra believes sincerely in the simple empowerment that tapping into the natural energy within can provide.
