Energy Mindfulness Book Reading & Workshop
Children ages 6-10 are invited to this workshop presented by Sandra Fischer-Kierecki. Sandra is a retired midwife interested in nurturing children’s awareness of their own energy and the energy around them in order to decrease stress and grow in empathy. A short meditation is part of the program.
